This agreement imposes on you or on the website you represent (“you” or “yours”) the terms and conditions contained in this terms to regulate the relationship during your use of the Islam Advocacy Academy platform referred to below as (“us”, “we”, “we”, The Platform”, “Site”, “Platform”, “Academy”, “Islam Advocacy Academy” and its content, programs, and other services or offerings on our Platform (referred to as “Products”, “Services”, “Features”).

By using any of the platform products or by clicking on the “Subscribe” or “SIGNUP” button, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, click on the “Cancel” button and do not use the platform features. To use its services is conditional on your agreement to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, which leads to the exclusion of any other conditions. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer from the platform, your agreement to accept those is specified in these terms as well.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide to the platform during your communication or use of the products or the platform is subject to our privacy policy, which is located on the “Privacy Policy” page of the Islam Advocacy Academy. 

Public Policy

Our products enable users to connect with features as independent
contractors (and “Producers”) who provide training content in platform-provided
formats such as video lessons, private lessons, and classroom education
services through our intellectually proprietary platform courses. Products
include, but are not limited to, the design and hosting of courses and supplementary
materials, communication through comments, responses to questions and
suggestions or any type of information sent by users during their enrollment period.

 The platform reserves the right to review these terms at its
discretion at any time by posting such changes on the platform. Changes become
effective from the date of publication.

 Your continued use of the products after the changes become
effective means that you accept those changes. Please visit the platform
regularly to ensure that you are aware of the most current version of these terms.

 The platform reserves the right to stop publishing the
content of any product that violates the conditions stipulated on this page, or
any special conditions within the contract signed with the product, or suspected
of violating these conditions, without the need to inform the product.

 The platform may modify the products or stop providing them
to users at any time without notice or prior notice.

 You are solely responsible for all services, telephone
communications, data charges and/or any other fees and costs associated with
your access to the platform and use of the products, as well as for obtaining
and maintaining all telephones, computers, and other equipment necessary for
such access and use.

 Your use of and access to the platform and any other activities
in connection with the platform and products must be in compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations, including, without limitation, laws relating to copyright
and other intellectual property use laws, and respect for privacy and personal
identity. You must not provide any information of your own knowledge that is
untrue or false; You must not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer,
deface, destroy, hack, sabotage, hack, breach, or tamper with the products or
the platform’s operating system; framing or embedding the platform or products;
impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another person’s
account; introduce any virus, worm, spyware or any other computer code, file or
program that may or has the intent to cause damage to or take over the operating
system of any hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, or any other aspect
of the products or the platform’s operating system; skimming, climbing, spearing,
and using automated and automated programs or any other means of any kind to
gain access to the products.

 The Islam Advocacy Academy platform prohibits publishing,
circulating, sharing, encouraging, or organizing the production of any content
that includes how to deal with military technology or any technology used by
the security services or what simulates this technology or helps to limit its
impact or limit the effectiveness of the institutions concerned with its use .
This is in addition to any political opinions, or material against public
morals, or any support for what is known as “hatred” towards an ideology, race,
nationalism, belief, sect, or religion. The platform reserves the right to
inform the official authorities concerned with dealing with such type of
content regardless about the opinions of users of the platform or the laws
governing the country in which he resides and without informing producers or
users of such content in the event that this occurs.

 The platform is just a platform for producers and users. The
platform does not rent or employ producers and we are not responsible for them
or for any interactions between producers, users and their respective
customers. We are not liable for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages
of any kind that may arise from or relate to the information or actions of producers,
including, but not limited to, any user’s reliance on any information provided
by the product.

 We do not control the content submitted (as defined below)
and posted on the site and as such, we do not in any way guarantee the
reliability, correctness, accuracy or truthfulness of the content submitted.

 Also know that your use of the products may expose
you to content from some courses that you may consider offensive, inappropriate,
or contrary to your opinions and beliefs. The platform has no responsibility to
protect you from such content or any liability arising from your access to or
use of any content provided within it. 

Behavior

You may acquire the products for lawful purposes you are solely responsible for all laws, rules and regulations relating to my use of the product you hereby agree not to use the products or the content of the platform to engage with, communicate or solicit any trainer or potential user for employment or contract in any business sector

Our platform belong to us without our prior written consent of our own volition, and you are responsible for all risks arising from any meeting or communication between you and the producers or users of the platform.

Obligations and rights of trainers and producers of training content

All digital content of all kinds published in the name of an institution or an individual as a product of training content on the platform of the academy of Islam Advocacy Academy is subject to intellectual property rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to guarantee the intellectual property rights of the owner of the submitted content and in a manner that does not conflict with the laws and regulations governing intellectual property in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the country in which he resides where the product is located, or the country in which the content presented within the course was produced.

The Islam Advocacy Academy also guarantees all rights of the producers of course content published on the platform, as they are the sole and exclusive owner of the content or any other content included in the published content in accordance with the Intellectual Property Protection Law. It is therefore entitled “Producer’s Contract” or what this contract represents.

In the event that you provide lessons to students and create a course, then you are “content contract” and the following additional terms and conditions apply to you and that you undertake:

• Your course is subject to obtaining approval by the platform, which may refuse or accept it according to the terms of the platform
• You must visit the Islamic-academy.net platform and complete the registration data for the trainer. In the event that registration is completed, a fee will be charged for your courses. You will also need to agree to the special payment terms for trainers.
• You are responsible for all of your submitted content or have the necessary licenses, rights and consents to the licensing authority in your country to reproduce, distribute, display, publicly transmit, promote, market and other uses and monetize any of Your Submitted Content and that the Submitted Content is not embezzled or otherwise infringes any A third party intellectual property right
• You have the required qualifications, credentials and experience, including but not limited to education, training, knowledge, teaching skills and providing services through the products offered through the Platform
• You will not post any content that is inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, pornographic, false, misleading, contrary to the previous terms of use, defamatory, incitement to violence or hatred
• You will not be allowed to upload, post or transmit through the Platform to the Product or users any content that contains unauthorized or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials or any other commercial items such as pyramid schemes or spam
• You will not be allowed to use the product for any other business, other than to provide and service the scientific curriculum, training and educational services for students
• You will not engage in any activity that may obtain a license or pay any additional fees by the platform for any third party
• You will not be permitted to copy, modify or distribute the Platform Content except as permitted in this Instructor Agreement
• You will not interfere or prevent other trainers from providing their courses or services
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration and account information and all registration and account information must be accurate
• You must speed up the response to users who are looking for your services and you must ensure the quality of service is commensurate with industry standards and education services in general
• You must be over the age of 18 or in the event that you are between the age of 13 to 17, you must obtain the consent of a third party representing a parent or legal guardian and any third party must agree to this Agreement and assume all liability for that.

Specific obligations for platform students

If you are one of the participants or registered in the courses, then you are one of the students and you will be subject to the following additional laws, terms and conditions and you undertake to do so

• You must read, understand and agree to be bound by the pricing information before using the platform or registering for the course

• You must be over 18, and if less, the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained. In the case of children under the age of 13, it is not permissible to register, create an account or purchase courses

• You will not be allowed to upload, post or distribute through the product or the platform any content that contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or other commercial items such as pyramid schemes or spam.

• You will not post any content that is inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, pornographic, false, misleading, defamatory or inflammatory

• It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, communicate to the public, create derivative works, use or share content on the Platform, products or courses except as permitted under these Terms or by the trainer in writing and as needed.

• It is prohibited to disclose any personal information to the coach otherwise you are responsible for how your personal information is disclosed or used

Registration

In the event that you wish to use some of the products, you will need to register and obtain an account, user name and password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your account information in general such as your username and password and all activities related to your account and you represent and warrant that your account information is true and accurate at all times.

You must report immediately if any of the following occur:

1. Unauthorized use of your account or any related security breach
2. Exploitation of your account as a result of not logging out of the platform after completing its use

The platform and all its employees are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the foregoing requirements or as a result of using your account without your knowledge before you notify us of unauthorized access to your account in accordance with the limit

Do not give your account to anyone else or use someone else’s account without obtaining the approval of the account holder

In cases where you authorize the use of your account or you register on behalf of another person, including a minor, you will be fully responsible for the following:

2. Product Usage Control

3. Consequences of misuse

Content, licenses and controls

“Content” means all software, technology, designs, physical tools, information, communications, text, graphics, links, electronic arts, animation, illustrations, artwork, audio clips, video clips, images, presentations, ideas, comments, notes, and other data or materials, and all of the above are protected by copyright laws and content rights of each participating party. including everything related to its selection and preparation.

“platform content” is all that the platform provides for you to access the products and courses, including but not limited to the programs, products and the website.

“Submitted Content” means content that has been uploaded, uploaded, transmitted or published on the platform or through the products by users.

You hereby confirm and warrant that you have all the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to grant the rights set forth in these terms to the platform with respect to your submitted content, and here the platform does not need to obtain any license, consents, rights or make any payments to any third party resulting from any Use or exploitation of your submitted content. You hereby authorize us in accordance with the agreed terms to spare us any liability for all of the foregoing in the terms that may result from the exploitation or use of your content, and you acknowledge that in all of the terms.

You hereby grant the platform a non-exclusive right and license to reproduce, distribute, publicly broadcast, offer, market and otherwise use or monetize the content provided to the platform through products and re-license to trainers and direct users for these purposes or through third parties. or all of your submitted content at any time from the platform, subject to maintaining the licenses previously provided to any users of the platform.

Deleting your content will revoke any license or rights agreed upon with the platform immediately after doing so, after such deletion you may reuse the materials on the platform but provided that the rights granted to users before that time will continue under the terms granted to those users.

The platform hereby grants you (the User) a limited, non-exclusive warranty and a non-transferable license to access and use the provided content and the platform content for the purpose of personal and not commercial purposes through the platform or Products in accordance with these terms or any conditions or restrictions associated with courses or specific Products and all uses others are prohibited and prohibited except with the express written consent of the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transfer, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, loan, modify, adapt, create sub-licensing, transfer or use the Submitted Content or the Platform Content unless we provide you with written permission to do so.

You agree that we may record all or part of sessions (including voice/write chat communication) to monitor, control quality, evaluate, market and promote the Platform’s operations and products, and you hereby grant permission to the Platform to use your name, appearance, image or voice in communication for presentations and delivery Marketing and encouragement to sell on the Platform, products, courses, Platform Content and Submitted Content, and waiver of all rights of privacy, publicity or any other rights of a similar nature, to the extent permitted by applicable law in the relevant country.

The platform respects all copyright, privacy and other laws related to content and information and will not tolerate any violation of these laws. Despite the foregoing, the platform does not bear responsibility for the displayed and submitted content and all other content is considered within the personal responsibility of the content owner and the platform does not bear any responsibility for any misuse of the platform in particular. in particular to display, publish or display Content provided on the Platform or through other Products and does not represent or warrant that the Content is free of any violation of copyright, privacy or other laws or appropriate to the presentation to be accurate and useful.

If you believe that the submitted content violates your privacy or any law or any regulation or that the information provided is inaccurate or poses any danger whatsoever to a third party, it is your responsibility to report it to us so that we can remedy the situation

If you believe that Third-Party Content or any Content that violates the Terms of Use of the Platform or violates any applicable laws or regulations including but not limited to copyright laws, you must report it to preserve the copyright and do what is necessary.

All such rights are not an express warranty of the content producers or owners of the manner in which their content is used by users of the Platform, nor do these Terms grant any implied license to any unauthorized party.
